Why did we make this change?

In the past, we offered a range of website maintenance services, but we didn’t have them organized into clear, easy-to-choose packages. We realized that as our clients’ needs grow and evolve, it’s important to have well-defined options, with clear customizations that cater to different levels of support.

For instance, the Takeoff Care package was originally designed as part of our AdX Digital Takeoff website development and support package. We’ve now updated it to serve all our clients who are just setting off on their website maintenance journey.

We’ve added intermediate and advanced levels of support in the Orbit and Galaxy packages respectively.

These new packages come with a selection of add-ons, such as Google Business Profile Management, Apple Business Connect, Training, and Website Accessibility to make it simple for you to select the perfect fit for your business. This week, we started working on an exciting new section of our website: case studies for some of the projects we have worked on.

These case studies will make it easier for visitors to our website to see the different services we offer at Artist Dynamix in context. As we explain the planning, strategy, and execution of each project, you will see how all the various tools and services come together to create a winning digital marketing strategy.

Aug 12, 2024 – Inc413 behind the scenes: See how the ultimate guide to business networking in Western MA is taking shape

One of the guides we’re working on for Inc413 is a comprehensive business networking page that lists different business networking organizations in Western Massachusetts, including chambers of commerce, and gives tips on networking and a calendar of upcoming networking events.

A starting point for something like this is talking to people in our target demographic and understanding their needs, then doing in-depth keyword research to see exactly what words the target market we are addressing uses when talking about the problem we are trying to help them solve.

Then we generate the content. That’s the most challenging part. For this guide, it;’s been six months of work – and we’re still at it.

August 11, 2024 – Your questions answered: See our new digital marketing FAQs section

As we continue to update our website so that it better meets our client needs and helps us serve our community better, we have totally redone our FAQs section.

You can see the new digital marketing FAQs here. This is phase one of revamping this section. We have a list of tasks to improve it further. One step at a time. Stay tuned.

And, we now have a super easy-to-understand digital marketing glossary

What does CPM mean?

Wonder no more.

A second major addition to our website is a super easy-to-understand glossary of digital marketing terms. We explain terms like CPM and scores of others in straightforward language that will help business owners speak the same language as their digital marketing consultants.

This aims to supplement resources like our guide on questions businesses need to ask their web developers before they sign a contract.

The idea is to help you understand the intricacies of digital marketing without going into unnecessary depth or getting too technical.

Once again, this is the beginning of what we envisage the complete glossary will look like.

One more thing: We’ve updated our online presence audit service

August 5, 2024 – Did we seriously launch a guide to digital marketing agencies in Western MA?

It sounds absolutely crazy, but we did it. We just launched a guide to help businesses and non-profits find digital marketing agencies in Western Massachusetts.

We couldn’t find a good guide or directory to help businesses find great web developers, search engine optimization experts, and social media marketing agencies, among other digital marketing pros, so we created one – and added all our competitors to it.

There are a few other reasons, of course. We explain everything in the guide itself.
