Jan 3, 2026 – Artist Dynamix is now Owwtreach

When we announced in late 2025 that Artist Dynamix was rebranding, we did so without revealing the new name.

This week, we shared the new name publicly. Artist Dynamix is now Owwtreach.

Why we didn’t lead with the name

We chose not to announce the new name immediately because the name wasn’t the story. The work was.

Rebrands often fail because they lead with a label and then scramble to explain what it means. We wanted the opposite sequence: clarify the evolution of the work first, then introduce the name that could actually carry it.

Going backward before moving forward

Before releasing the new name, Owwtreach Founder & CEO, Fungai Tichawangana, committed publicly to taking followers back in time.

That meant revisiting:

• A garage in Mount Pleasant, Harare, where he and a group of friends ran an early agency.
• A computer lab where, in 1998, a friend first introduced him to HTML.
• The early experiments that shaped how he thinks about systems, communication, and visibility.

Those moments matter because Owwtreach is not a break from the past. It’s the current expression of a long-running thread.

What the new name is meant to hold

We won’t repeat the full case here; that’s covered in the Inc413 article – and we’ll share more information on the Owwtreach vision over the next few weeks.

Internally, what matters is that Owwtreach matches the work we’re doing now.

It gives us room to:

• Speak clearly about visibility systems, not just projects.
• Work with businesses, districts, and ecosystems.
• Introduce our digital marketing frameworks to the world.
• Grow into new locations without losing our grounding.

The name removes friction, allows clear alignment with our work, and clears a pathway for growth.

What happens next

You’ll see Owwtreach roll out gradually across our online platforms, profiles, and service descriptions. 

You’ll also see our new website start to take shape. 

Artist Dynamix built the foundation. Owwtreach builds on it.

The name is out. The work continues.
