Every team has its inside jokes. Ours just happen to double as frameworks.

The Artist Dynamix Lingo is a quick guide to how we think, talk, and create. It’s part philosophy, part playbook; a mix of mantras, methods, and metaphors that keep our work moving forward.

From SALSA, our core values, to Momentum Signals and High-Speed Tiny Loops, these phrases are the shorthand of a creative culture that believes strategy should have rhythm, and systems should have soul.

Team Lingo

Insider lexicon. If you use these words and phrases, we’ll know you actually get it.

Clock It

Means the same as the street version of the term. A rallying cry for excellence. To clock it means to deliver with flair, precision, and impact, to slay at SALSA levels, to absolutely nail the thing you’re doing.

Maew

Maew (morning–afternoon–evening–whatever)
Our universal greeting. With team members and collaborators scattered across continents and time zones, “good morning” never quite works. “Good afternoon” misses half the room. So we invented Maew, the time-agnostic hello that covers everyone, everywhere, all at once.

RFE

Returned for edits. We won’t explain this one further. If you know, you know.

The Little Agency That Could

Our tongue-in-cheek nickname for Artist Dynamix; scrappy, fast, and full of big dreams and goals.

Guiding Frameworks

The three frameworks that guide our approach to work. This section is not in alphabetical order, as it makes more sense to have it in the order in which the systems operate.

SALSA

This is the acronym for Artist Dynamix values:

Speed and Impact – Move fast, pay attention to detail, create results.
Artistic Creativity – New ideas, different approaches. Try new things.
Leveraging Technology – Use tools to amplify human brilliance.
Seeing People – Every client is a person, not a project. Every teammate has a whole life.
Adaptability – The world moves fast; we fly with it.

D3 (Dance Develop Delight)

This is our framework for client success.
On our ClickUp dashboard, projects are grouped into these three main sections.

Dance is when we connect – marketing, discovery, and conversation before the partnership begins.
Develop is when we build – turning ideas into systems, designs, and results.
Delight is when we sustain – refining, updating, and evolving projects so they keep growing.
Then the rhythm loops back to Dance, as we plan the next move together.
Dance to connect. Develop to build. Delight to grow.

CCAIm (Clarity, Creation, Automation, Improvement)

At every stage of the project cycle: whether we’re in Dance, Develop, or Delight, we move through this guiding internal process:

Clarity – We make sure we understand what success looks like for the client and for us.
Creation – We build the thing! Use the best tools for the job to bring it to life.
Automation – We design with efficiency in mind, building in automation or the capacity for it, and helping clients see new possibilities.
Improvement – We continuously refine: our tools, our processes, and the project itself. From analytics to audits, we build in ways to measure performance and learn from it.

HOW IT ALL FITS TOGETHER

Here are two ways of understanding how all this fits together:

SALSA is the standard. CCAIm is the practice. D3 is the cycle.
In other words: SALSA is who we are. CCAIm is what we do. D3 is the different stages of our work.

CAIS

Customer Delight, AI & Automation, Sales. Our 2025 focus theme. CAIS shapes how we’re directing our attention and energy this year; toward delighting customers, building smarter systems through AI and automation, and strengthening our sales engine. By the end of 2025, the goal is a company that delights more deeply, automates more intelligently, and sells with more purpose.

CFL (Cascading Fast Loops)

An expansion of High Speed Tiny Loops: small, high-speed loops feed into larger loops (project, leadership, client), ensuring flow and speed.

HSTL (High Speed Tiny Loops)

The principle that fast, efficient communication in small teams (“tiny loops”) accelerates the whole system. If you get feedback quickly, you avoid rolling out a whole project and needing to redo it all later.

Momentum Signals

The heartbeat of remote collaboration. In a distributed team, silence can look like stagnation, even when great work is happening. Momentum signals solve that problem. They’re the steady stream of small updates, insights, and reflections in our ClickUp project management system that show movement long before a task is finished.

Touchpoints Framework

A map of all client touchpoints, showing how customers can move in nonlinear ways toward loyalty & advocacy. When we understand all the touchpoints, we can do a great job of keeping our clients informed and up-to-date.

These products and packages are so special & powerful that we gave them their own unique names.

Automation Stacks

This refers to our automation service which brings together a custom blend of tools, workflows, and AI agents that keep projects humming without human micromanagement. It’s where we wire together platforms like WordPress, HighLevel, n8n, and analytics systems so data, leads, and updates flow smoothly from one place to another.

Hosting Stacks

The digital foundation under the sites we run, born out of the frustration of crashing websites. Hosting Stacks is our curated combination of servers, caching tools, content delivery networks, and performance optimizations that keep client websites fast, stable, and secure.

Local Spark

Our ignition system for small-business marketing. Local Spark connects automation, storytelling, and search visibility to help local businesses punch above their weight. It’s a mix of smart workflows, geo-targeted content, and strategic digital presence, all built to make Main Street shine online.

Max for Google Business Profiles

Our local visibility wingman. Max is the automation system that helps businesses manage, optimize, and update their Google Business Profiles without the usual tangle of tabs and reminders. It checks accuracy, tracks rankings, posts updates, and keeps the profile fresh so customers always find the right info at the right time.
