July 3, 2025 – Introducing our new tagline: Beautifully Disruptive Local Marketing

Business Owner - Event Coordinator

We’ve been playing around with our tagline over the last few months. It used to be Supercharged something something. Totally forgettable. I can’t even remember it. And then everyone started using ‘Supercharged this, supercharged that.’ Ugh.

But that led us to start asking, “What does Artist Dynamix really stand for? Now. In June 2025 and going forward?

When we launched in 2022, we worked with creatives, then moved to working with small businesses and nonprofits. And we love all these groups. But what’s the common thread? There has to be one, right?

How our digital marketing work comes together

What gets us really excited? What are we really good at?”

Then, it hit me as I looked at all the work we’ve done over the last three years. Local. We’re intensely passionate about building local, supporting local, taking part in local and tying local to international trends and vice versa.

Business Owner - Engineer

From Inc413 to Amherst Now. From OneAds Local to Valley of Writers. From Ipikai to Literary Massachusetts. And from our AdX Local Spark offers to our Max for Google Business Profiles service, our work reflects a belief in building local.

But even more importantly, we’re deeply involved in many local initiatives; The Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce, The ArtsHub of Western Massachusetts, The Western Massachusetts Economic Ecosystem Summits, The Straw Dog Writers Guild, and more.

I love being part of networks of people supporting each other, helping each other grow and I get giddy thinking about how Artist Dynamix can contribute to local ecosystems in different ways here and elsewhere.

It’s Beautifully Disruptive Local Marketing

Beautifully Disruptive Local Marketing (BDLM) was birthed over the last three years in the work we’ve done. And maybe it started with Itsbho.com in Harare, over two decades ago.

Today, we officially put words to it. Beautifully Disruptive Local Marketing. It’s not just a turn of phrase. I believe everything starts with local. That’s our stance on everything. If local ecoystems are not strong, international doesn’t matter. If the individual is not taken care of, the group falls apart.

How do we help local business ecosystems thrive?

Business Owner - Barber

This is something that often gets overlooked in marketing circles. We see many of models for scaling globally.
What we haven’t seen enough of is clear, replicable, bold strategies for building strong local ecosystems; businesses, nonprofits, creatives – all working together.

Now that this has crystallized for us, we can really focus on it and focus on answering that question: How do we help local business ecosystems thrive?

COVID reminded us of the importance of having strong local communities, businesses, and infrastructure, both physical and digital.

At Artist Dynamix, we now understand that we’re local wherever we go. And we must creatively find ways of building and supporting local.

That’s what we mean when we say BDLM. If you hear us drop it in a meeting or a post, just know:
We’re about to dig deep into some local ish.
